摘　　要：公安群众工作的逻辑起点就是马克思主义群众观。虽然新时代群众工作面临着对象泛化、领域拓展、要求企高等诸多挑战,但它应当解决的基本问题仍然是深入群众密切关系、夯实基础、倾听呼声、反映意愿,最终达到集中群众的智慧、解决群众合法诉求等目的。只有熟练掌握、充分运用好了解熟悉群众、宣传教育群众、发动组织群众、管理调和群众和保护服务群众等工作措施,才能真正赢得公安群众工作的实效。The logical starting point of public security mass work is Marxist mass view. Although the masses in the new era are faced with many challenges, such as object generalization, field expansion and high demand, it should solve the basic problems by deepening the close relations of the masses, strengthening the foundation, listening to the voice and reflecting the will, and finally achieving the purpose of concentrating the masses’ wisdom and solving their legitimate demands. Only by mastering and making full use of the measures such as familiarizing the masses, publicizing and educating the masses, mobilizing the masses, managing and reconciling the masses and protecting and serving the masses can we truly win the effectiveness of public security mass work.
