摘　　要：开放式创新背景下,科技成果转化价值链呈三个维度:纵向、横向和交叉维度,各维度均具有科技成果转化的特定职能。文章以集成电路制造业为例,从价值链三个维度剖析战略新兴产业科技成果转化机制。在此基础上,围绕因果关系、嵌入关系、反馈效应、路径依赖,剖析战略新兴产业科技成果转化机制的共同演化关系。研究成果有助于深入把握战略新兴产业科技成果转化的内在规律。In the context of open innovation,the value chain of technological transformation has three dimensions:vertical,horizontal and cross-dimensions.Each dimension has a specific function of technological transformation.This paper takes the integrated circuit manufacturing industry as an example,analyzes the transformation mechanism of technological achievements in strategic emerging industries from three dimensions of the value chain.On this basis,it analyzes the co-evolution relationship of the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements around causality,embedded relationship,feedback effect,and path dependence.The research results will help to grasp the internal laws of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in strategic emerging industries.
