摘  要:目的设计一种用于内镜下胃肠旁路吻合的可变形自组装磁吻合环。方法根据内镜下磁吻合环的临床应用功能需求,结合磁性材料同极相斥、异极相吸原理,提出了磁单元自组装的变形设计方案。结果该磁吻合环由10个磁单元组成,各磁单元按特定的磁极方向依次排列并贯穿于引导导丝上,置入时各磁单元呈线状排列,到达吻合部位后撤出引导导丝,各磁单元自组装成环形。结论该结构的设计优势在于磁吻合环的变形特性能够使其通过严重狭窄的管腔,而自组装后又能建立较大的吻合口径。结构设计巧妙、加工容易、操作简单。Objective To design a deformable self-assembled magnetic anastomotic ring for endoscopic gastrointestinal bypass anastomosis.Methods According to the functional requirements of clinical application of endoscopic magnetic anastomosis ring,combined with the principle of repulsion and absorption of magnetic materials,the deformation design of magnetic unit self-assembly was proposed.Results The magnetic anastomosis ring was composed of 10 magnetic units,each of which was arranged sequentially in a specific magnetic pole direction and run through by the guide wire.When the magnetic units were placed in a linear arrangement,the guide wire was withdrawn after reaching the anastomotic site and each magnetic unit was self-assembled into a ring.Conclusion The design advantage of the structure is that the deformation characteristics of the magnetic anastomosis ring can make it pass through a severely narrow lumen,and a large anastomotic caliber can be established after self-assembly.The structure design is ingenious,easy to process and operate.
