摘　　要：作为常用手术器械之一,高频电刀被广泛应用于疾病治疗的多个方面。本文探索了高频电刀的应用原理,包括作用过程中的热效应、法拉第效应以及电解效应。然后对高频电刀在治疗妇科疾病、联合内窥镜进行治病、外科手术以及牙齿的美容修复四个方面的应用情况进行了总结,发现与传统的常规治疗手段相比,应用高频电刀治疗疾病普遍具有效果显著、不良反应少,术中切割和凝固效果好,术后并发症低、患者满意度高的特点。本文综述的高频电刀值得研究者探索更多的应用,以便解决更多的医学难题。As one of the common surgical instruments,high frequency electrotome is widely used in many aspects of disease treatment.The application principle of high frequency electrotome was explored in this paper,including thermal effect,Faraday effect and electrolysis effect.Then the application of high-frequency electrotome in the treatment of gynecological diseases,combined with endoscopy,surgery and aesthetic restoration of teeth were summarized.We found that compared with the conventional treatment,the application of high-frequency electrotome in the treatment of diseases generally has significant effect,less adverse reactions,good cutting and coagulation effect,low postoperative complications and high patient satisfaction.In this paper,we think that the application of high-frequency electrotome in the treatment of diseases is worth exploring more applications to solve more medical problems.
