摘 要:目的分析比较飞行员与普通职业者静息态脑功能典型特征指标参数——低频振幅与功能连接,探究飞行员与普通职业者脑功能差异脑区,为飞行员的选拔提供客观依据。方法26名飞行员(飞行组)和24名普通职业者(对照组)进行静息态全脑功能性磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)扫描检查,计算平均低频振幅(mALFF)值有统计学组间差异的脑区。将两组有差异的脑区作为种子点与全脑做静息态功能连接(rs-FC)计算,考察这些脑区的全脑功能连接模式差异。结果飞行组楔叶的mALFF值较对照组显著增高(P<0.01);飞行组右侧舌回与楔叶的功能连接显著增强(P<0.01),左侧中央后回与楔叶的功能连接显著减弱(P<0.01)。飞行员的飞行小时数与其mALFF结果呈正相关(r=0.463,P=0.034)。结论飞行员在静息态下大脑的楔叶、舌回、中央后回等脑区的功能活动与普通职业者之间存在显著差异。经过长期的飞行训练,飞行员在视觉处理、语言组织和表达等大脑区域静息态活动显著增强,在躯体感觉相关脑区的静息态活动降低。Objective To analyze and compare the typical characteristic index parameters of low-frequency amplitude and functional connectivity of resting brain function between pilots and ordinary professionals,to explore their differences in brain functions,so as to provide objective basis for the selection of pilots.Methods Twenty-six pilots(flight group)and twenty-four ordinary professionals(control group)were recruited and resting whole-brain functional magnetic resonance imaging scan was performed to calculate the average low-frequency amplitude value of the brain area with statistical between-group differences.Furthermore,the brain regions with between-group differences were used as seed points to calculate rest-state functional connectivity(rs-FC)with the whole brain,and the differences in the whole brain functional connection patterns of these brain regions were investigated.Results Compared with the control group,the mALFF value of the wedge lobe in the flight group increased significantly(P<0.01);the functional connectivity between the right tongue gyrus and wedge lobe in the flight group was enhanced significantly(P<0.01);the functional connectivity of the leaves was significantly weakened(P<0.01);the pilot’s flight hours were positively correlated with their mALFF results(r=0.463,P =0.034).Conclusion There was a significant difference between the functional activities of the brain region of the pilot’s wedge lobe,tongue gyrus,and central gyrus in the resting state as compared with the ordinary professionals.After long-term flight training,the pilot’s resting state activity in brain regions such as visual processing,language organization and expression was significantly enhanced,while resting state activity in somatosensory brain regions was reduced.
