摘  要:利用电沉积技术在普通N80油管表面制备了镍钨合金镀层,采用扫描电镜、能谱分析、高温高压腐蚀浸泡试验等方法和现场试验,研究了镍钨合金镀层形貌、组成和耐蚀性,以及镍钨合金镀层油管在高矿化度及高含量CO2地层水中的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:镍钨合金镀层致密均匀,为非晶态结构;在腐蚀浸泡试验中,普通N80油管的腐蚀速率大于0.25 mm/a,而镍钨合金镀层的腐蚀速率小于标准限值(0.076 mm/a),具有较好的耐腐蚀性能;现场服役240 d后,镍钨合金镀层呈银白色金属光泽、表面平整、未见到镀层开裂脱落,点蚀速率为0.028 mm/a,属于轻微腐蚀,N80钢的点蚀速率为0.717 mm/a,是镍钨合金镀层的25.7倍,属于严重腐蚀。非晶态镍钨合金镀层在CO2环境中具有较好的耐均匀腐蚀和点蚀性能。Nickel-tungsten(Ni-W)alloy coating was prepared on the surface of ordinary N80 tubing by electrodeposition technology.The morphology,composition and corrosion resistance of the Ni-W alloy coating in condition of high salinity formation and high carbon dioxide content were studied through corrosion immersion test at high temperature and high pressure,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)and field test.The results show that the Ni-W alloy coating was dense and uniform with an amorphous structure.In corrosion immersion test,the corrosion rate of N80 tubing was beyond 0.25 mm/a,and the corrosion rate of the Ni-W alloy coating was less than the limit of standard(0.076 mm/a),exhibiting better corrosion resistance.After service in field for 240 d,the Ni-W alloy coating was corroded slightly,showing silver-white metallic luster,smooth surface,no cracking or peeling observed on the coating,and the pitting corrosion rate was 0.028 mm/a,while the N80 tubing was corroded heavily with pitting corrosion rate of 0.717 mm/a which was 25.7 times of Ni-W alloy coating corrosion rate.So the amorphous Ni-W alloy coating has good resistance to uniform corrosion and pitting in CO2 environment.
