摘 要:通过电联接模拟长试样法,在青岛、舟山、厦门和湛江海洋环境中对3种钢材(3C、09MnNb和10CrMoAl)进行暴露试验,研究了3种钢材在4个试验站点跨越全浸区、潮差区、飞溅区和大气区的腐蚀行为和规律。结果表明:3种钢材电连接长试样的腐蚀速率都有两个高峰值点和一个低峰值带,两个高峰值点分别位于全浸区和飞溅区,低峰值带位于潮汐区;在飞溅区测得的腐蚀速率峰值中,以舟山站飞溅区测得的结果最小;在全浸区测得的腐蚀速率峰值中,以厦门站全浸区测得的最大,其他3个试验站点测得的相差不大;在4个试验站点,09MnNb和3C钢的腐蚀速率-高度曲线形状都基本相同,相同高度试样的腐蚀速率也接近,而10CrMoAl钢的腐蚀速率-高度曲线形状和耐蚀性与3C钢的有较大的差别。Exposure tests were conducted in the marine environments of Qingdao,Zhoushan,Xiamen and Zhanjiang for three kinds of steel by means of electrical connection simulating long-size sample method.The corrosion behavior and law of three kinds of steel across total immersion zone,tidal zone,splash zone and atmosphere zone in these four test sites were studied.The results show that the corrosion rates of electrical connected long-size samples of three kinds of steel had two peak points and one low peak band.The two peak points were located in the total immersion zones and splash zones,and the low peak band was located in the tidal zones.Among the corrosion rate peaks measured in the splash zones,the one measured in the splash zone of Zhoushan station was the smallest.Among the corrosion rate peaks measured in the total immersion zones,the largest value was gotten in the total immersion zone of Xiamen station,and the values measured in the total immersion zones of other three stations were close.In the four test sites,the corrosion rate vs height curves of 09MnNb and 3C steels were basically the same in shape,and the corrosion rates at the same height was also close.The shape of corrosion rate vs height curve and the corrosion resistance of 10CrMoAl steel had obvious difference from those of 3C steel.
