摘  要:随着行车安全和车灯设计理念的发展,日间行车灯(Daytime Running Lamp,DRL)逐渐成为国内汽车信号灯的标准配置。采用DC-DC控制器TLD5097EL,设计了一种使用脉冲宽度调制(Pulse Width Modulation,PWM)调光的日间行车灯的开关型驱动电源。采用升压拓扑结构,实现LED负载的恒定电流控制。由于日间行车灯的夜间模式对LED的发光亮度需求不同于白天模式,该设计采用555定时器产生PWM调光信号,实现LED负载的电流精准控制和光色一致性。文中给出了驱动电路的硬件设计原理和各模块设计,最后给出了印制电路板布局和电磁兼容设计的一些注意事项。With the development of driving safety and lamp design concept,daytime running lamp(DRL)has gradually become the standard configuration of vehicle signal lights in China.In this paper,the DC-DC controller TLD5097 EL is used to design a switch power supply for daytime running lamp with pulse width modulation(PWM)dimming.The constant current control of LED load is realized by using boost topology.Because the demand of DRL night mode for LED brightness is different from that of daytime mode,this design uses 555 timer to generate PWM dimming signal to realize accurate control of LED load current and consistency of light color.In this paper,the hardware design principle and each module design of the drive circuit are given.Finally,some matters needing attention in printed circuit board(PCB)layout design and electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)design are given.
