摘  要:首先提出失电负荷紧急度的概念,在结合3个停电发生时刻基础上从生命安全、经济性以及特殊性3个方面来刻画停电负荷的损失差别。然后考虑备用电源以及风电、光伏和充电站的出力不确定性,利用积分原理求出充电站出力和消纳能力曲线,以总停电损失最小和抢修时间最短为目标,建立应急电源车调度和抢修顺序协同优化的双目标鲁棒调度模型,并应用有效目标函数对鲁棒模型进行处理。最后,采用离散细菌群体趋药性算法进行寻优求解,得到最优的应急电源车连续调度方案和抢修顺序。In this paper,the concept of the emergency degree of power faicure load is put forward firstly. Combining the three blackouts,the loss difference of power failure load is depicted from three aspects of life security,economy and particularity. Considering the output uncertainty of spare power supply,wind power,photovoltaic and charging stations,this paper uses the integral principle to abeain the output of the charging stations and the curves of consumptive capacity.Then,with the objective of minimizing the total power loss and the repair time,a double objective robust scheduling model for coordinated optimization of dispatching and repair sequence of emergency power vehicles is established,and the effective objective function is applied to deal with the robust model. Finally,the discrete bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm is used to find the optimal solution,and the optimal schedule of the emergency power supply vehicles and the optimal order of repair are obtained.
