摘 要:大庆油田以往惯例采用初期产量和第一年累积产油量来评价直井初期开发效果,但质量结果显示,直井初期产量仅为1.9t,开发效果较差,未能满足直井的增产需求。本文为改善开发效果、扩大可动用储量规模,以W低渗透油藏的致密储层开发为提高初期产量的研究重点,有针对性地攻关致密储层的规模动用。在开辟超前注水试验区、直井缝网压裂试验区、二次加密等多项试验探索实践的基础上,储备大量的有关直井初期设计及后期改造增产的技术方法,调查分析影响直井初期产量的主要因素,通过优化注水结构设计、措施改造规模、注采井网设计,总结出一套相对全面的直井开发动用技术模式。以G区块为例的试验区,根据方案设计要求,投产后初期平均单井产量3.2t,第一年单井累计产油量626.6t,满足了油田稳产上产的需求。In the past,the initial production and cumulative production in the first year were used to evaluate the initial development effect of vertical wells in low-permeability reservoirs of Daqing Oilfield.However,the results show that the initial production of the vertical wells is only 1.9 t,and the development effect is not so good that cannot meet the demands of stimulation.In order to improve the development effect and ex-pand the scale of the producing reserves,the development of tight reservoirs in low-permeability reservoirs W is taken as the research focus to improve the initial production and to tackle the large-scale production of the tight reservoirs.The advanced water injection test area,fracture network fracturing test area in the vertical wells,secondary infilling and other tests for exploration and practices have been opened up.A large number of technical methods related to the initial design and later stimulation of the vertical wells have been reserved.The main factors affecting the initial production of the vertical wells have been investigated and analyzed.A set of relatively comprehensive development and production technology mode for the vertical wells has been summarized by optimizing the injection structure design,stimulation scale of the measures and injection production well pattern design.Block G is tested.According to the requirements of the scheme design,the average production of single well is 3.2 t in the initial stage and cumulative production is 626.6 t in the first year,and it meets the demands of stable production and increased production.
