摘 要:针对某电厂600 MW机组超低排放改造及机组深度调峰改造时,轴流式引风机易出现的失速问题进行详细分析。通过引风机性能测试,确定深度调峰工况下易造成引风机失速的原因是烟道阻力的增加及深度调峰工况下烟气量偏低。分析试验结果及设备实际状况,提出增设引风机旁路烟道系统的技术改造方案。通过提高深度调峰工况下流经引风机的烟气量,使引风机实际工况点移至更稳定区域,可解决火电机组深度调峰工况下引风机失速的问题。The stalling problem of axial-flow induced draft fan during ultra-low emission transformation and deep peak shaving transformation of 600 MW unit in a power plant is analyzed in detail.Through the performance test of induced draft fan,it is determined that the reason of induced draft fan stalling under the condition of deep peak shaving is the increase of flue resistance and the decrease of flue gas volume.According to the test results and the actual situation of the equipment,the technical transformation scheme of adding the by-pass flue system of the induced draft fan is put forward.By increasing the amount of flue gas flowing through the induced draft fan under the condition of deep peak shaving,the actual operating point of the induced draft fan is moved to a more stable area,which can solve the problem of induced draft fan stalling under the condition of deep peak shaving of thermal power units.
