摘  要:从相似材料的物理力学性质和吸附解吸性能2个方面的相似性出发,确定了以一定粒度的煤粉作为骨料,以腐植酸钠水溶液作为胶结剂的含瓦斯煤相似材料并制作了多个试件。通过对试件进行基本力学参数测试和吸附解吸性能测试,考察了型煤与突出煤层的相似性。根据配比试验得出,以腐植酸钠溶液作为新型型煤胶结剂具有型煤抗压强度高,不影响材料吸附性质等多种优点;新材料的抗压强度为0.5~3.0 MPa,并且强度调节方便,可以覆盖不同强度的煤体;而且材料吸附性不受胶结剂的影响,与原煤吸附性基本一致。据此,最终确定了含瓦斯煤相似材料的配方和制备工艺。Based on the similarity of physical and mechanical properties-adsorption and desorption properties of similar materials,the gas bearing coal similar material with a certain particle size of pulverized coal as aggregate and sodium humate aqueous solution as cementing agent is determined and several specimens are made.By testing the basic mechanical parameters and adsorption-desorption performance of the samples,the similarity between briquette and outburst coal seam is analyzed.According to the proportioning test,using sodium humate solution as briquette binder has many advantages,such as high compressive strength,no influence on the adsorption properties of the material.The compressive strength of the new material is 0.5~3.0MPa,and the strength adjustment is convenient,which can simulate the coal with different strength.Moreover,the adsorption of the material is not affected by the cementing agent and is basically the same as that of the raw coal.Based on this,the ratio and preparation technology of similar materials of coal containing gas were determined.
