布尔台煤矿深部区开采可行性分析

摘　　要：多水平多煤层开采矿井,随着开采的延伸和推进,正常生产接续是保障矿井持续稳定生产的重要前提。布尔台煤矿深部区是矿井中后期的主要开采区域,其开采设计主要以完成矿井深部区的总体开拓布置及正常生产接续保证矿井生产规模为目标。目前布尔台煤矿正在回采一水平一、二盘区的2-2煤层和二水平一盘区的4-2上煤层,井下装备3套综采。根据矿井生产接续安排,目前一盘区4-2上煤进入回采末期,预计2020年底回采完毕,为了确保矿井的正常生产接续,2021年初需对深部区进行回采。针对布尔台煤矿需要进行区域开拓延深的生产实际,结合矿井地质条件、开拓开采和主要生产系统现状等影响因素,通过系统分析提出开拓方案,并进行技术经济综合比较,确定布局合理、建设工期短、经济效益好的最佳开拓方案。In the coal mine with multi-level and multi seam mining,normal production continuity is an important guarantee to ensure the sustainable and stable production of the mine.At present,Buertai coal mine is mining No.2-2 coal seam in the first and second panel and No.4-2 upper coal seam in the second level’s first panel.According to the mine production continuity arrangement,No.4-2 coal seam in the first panel is at the end of mining,and it is expected to be completed by the end of 2020.In order to ensure the normal production continuity of the mine,the deep area needs to be mined at the beginning of 2021,so the deep area is the main mining area in the middle and later stage of the coal mine.According to the production practice of Buertai coal mine,combined with the present situation of mine geological conditions,development and mining and the main production system,through the comprehensive comparison of technology and economy,the best development scheme with reasonable layout,short construction period and good economic benefits is determined.
