摘 要:为提高除尘效率和除尘效果,介绍了黄陵二号煤矿选煤厂原煤系统的煤尘现状,并对煤尘产生的原因进行了分析。通过综合对比目前行业内几种除尘方式的优缺点,经过多方现场实地考察、论证,并结合黄陵二号煤矿选煤厂实际情况,最终选用“陶瓷多管除尘器+喷淋湿法除尘塔”除尘系统,并重点介绍了该系统的设备技术参数、工作原理、创新点和除尘效果。该系统的应用,大大降低了准备车间的煤尘浓度,有效解决了原煤准备系统煤尘污染严重的问题。In order to improve the efficiency and effect of dust removal,the status of coal dust in raw coal system of coal preparation plant in Huangling No.2 coal mine is introduced,and the causes of coal dust generation are analyzed.Through comprehensive comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of several dust removal methods at present,through field investigation and demonstration,combined with the actual situation of coal preparation plant in Huangling No.2 coal mine,the dust removal system of“ceramic multi-tube dust collector+spray wet dust removal tower”is finally selected,and the equipment technical parameters,working principle,innovation points and dust removal effect of the system are emphatically introduced.The application of the system greatly reduces the coal dust concentration in the preparation workshop and effectively solves the problem of coal dust pollution in raw coal preparation system.
