摘  要:大石公路在三道沟煤矿首采区范围内长约8 km,部分从八盘区北翼中部东西向穿过,将盘区分为南北2部分,给矿井的生产布局带来了严重影响。为了优化盘区工作面布置,简化通风、运输、排水系统,对三道沟煤矿八盘区北翼工作面布置设计,提出了优化原则及方案,从技术安全和经济上对方案进行比较,并介绍了优化后的实际收益。结果表明,通过盘区工作面优化设计,生产系统简单合理、安全可靠,减少了巷道掘进工程量,降低了吨煤掘进率,为企业创造了巨大的经济效益。The Dashi highway is about 8 km long in the first mining area of Sandaogou coal mine.It passes through the east-west direction from the central part of the northern part of the eighth panel,dividing the mining area into two parts of the north and the south,which has seriously affected the production layout of the mine.In order to optimize the working face layout of mining area and simplify the ventilation,transportation and drainage system,the optimization principle and scheme are put forward,and the working face layout of the eighth panel’s north wing in Badaogou coal mine is designed.The scheme is compared in terms of technology and economy,and the actual effect after optimization is introduced.The results show that through the optimization design,the production system of working face is simplified,the amount of roadway excavation is decreased,and the tunneling rate per ton of coal is reduced,which creates huge economic benefits for enterprises.
