摘  要:矿井深部开采新建井筒压煤量巨大,为了解决受到采动影响的新建井筒在进行抗变形结构配筋设计时没有合理的计算方法的问题,采用了分析井壁的破坏规律、井壁破坏与覆岩变形关系研究受采动影响下的井筒受力情况的方法,确定了新建井筒设计井壁厚度及井壁配镜的计算公式。结果表明:通过软弱岩层的井壁最容易受到煤层开采影响发生变形和破坏;井筒在表土段和基岩段的受力不尽相同,在表土段容易产生竖向的压缩或者拉伸破坏,在基岩段,尤其是软岩处容易产生应力集中;新建井筒设计时,通过对受采动条件影响下新建井筒的受力分析,确定新建井筒厚度和井壁配筋量。按照此方法设计新建井筒井壁厚度600 mm,井壁配镜采用2Φ22@250,混凝土强度等级C40,新建井筒经受了煤层的开采影响,未出现任何破坏。In order to solve the problem that there is no reasonable calculation method in the design of anti-deformation structural rein⁃forcement of the newly-built shaft in deep mining,the method of analyzing the failure law of the well shaft,the relationship between the failure of well shaft and the deformation of the overlying strata was adopted to study the force of the well shaft under the influence of min⁃ing,and the calculation formula for the design of the wall thickness of the newly-built well shaft and the matching of the well shaft was de⁃termined.The results show that the shaft wall passing through the weak rock stratum is most vulnerable to deformation and damage under the influence of coal mining;the shaft has different stresses in the topsoil section and the bedrock section,and the vertical compression or tensile failure is likely to occur in the topsoil section,and the bedrock section,especially the soft rock,is prone to have stress concentra⁃tion;when designing a new well shaft,the thickness of the new well shaft and the amount of reinforcement on the well shaft are determined by analyzing the force of the new well shaft under the influence of mining conditions.According to this method,the thickness of the wall of the newly-built shaft is designed to be 600 mm,and the shaft wall is equipped with 2Φ22@250,and the concrete strength grade is C40.The newly-built shaft has withstood the impact of coal mining without any damage.
