洗煤厂脱介筛减振装置的研究

摘　　要：为有效降低洗煤厂车间内的共振现象,减轻噪声对职工身心造成的危害,通过分析振动筛存在的问题,采取将螺旋弹簧、橡胶墩更换为Rosta减振装置、空气橡胶弹簧等措施,使噪声及共振现象治理均达到了国家标准。In order to effectively reduce the resonance phenomenon in the workshop of coal preparation plant and reduce the harm of noise to the body and mind of the staff,the problems was analyzed on the vibrating screen.The measures include changing coil springs and rubber piers into Rosta damping absorbers and rubber air springs.The results show that the noise and resonance phenomenon control reaches the national standards.
