摘　　要：中国特色社会主义价格理论从改革实践中逐渐把握到中国特色社会主义市场经济特点,汲取了改革中各种经验,将实践层面经验上升为理论。马克思的生产价格理论作为具有影响力的价格理论之一,它植入于中国特色社会主义价格理论内部,后者表征了前者中国化发展的最新成果。The socialist price theory with Chinese characteristics has gradually grasped the characteristics of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics from the reform practice,absorbed various experiences in the reform,and upgraded the practical experience to the theory.As one of the influential price theories,Marx’s production price theory is embedded in the price theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which represents the latest achievement of the localization of Marxist theory in China.
