摘　　要：目的探索适用于广州地区的肛温推断死亡时间的方法。方法按设计的统一标准采集符合研究对象的274例尸体肛温及影响肛温下降的多因素数据,用SPSS22.0软件进行统计学分析。结果在控制肛温的条件下,死亡时间与环境温度、衣着及覆盖物、载体、环境通风情况、湿度、体型、死因的相关性较大,与性别及年龄的相关性较小;并建立了具有统计学意义的回归方程。结论用直线回归的方法推导死后24h内的死亡时间具有可行性,建立的回归方程可运用于实际案件。Objective To explore the method of the rectal temperature-based estimation of postmortem interval in Guangzhou.Methods The rectal temperature and the data of factors influencing the decline of corpse temperature in 274 cases were collected by a unified standard and analyzed by SPSS22.0 software.Results Under the condition of controlling the rectal temperature,the correlation between postmortem interval and environmental temperature,clothing and covering,carrier,ventilation,humidity,body size,and cause of death was larger,and the correlation with gender and age was smaller.One regression equation with statistical significance was established.Conclusion It is feasible to estimate the postmortem interval within 24 hours after death by linear regression method.The regression equation can be applied to practical cases.
