摘  要:由于碾压混凝土坝融合了常态混凝土坝结构和碾压土石坝施工的优点,碾压混凝土坝在我国的应用越来越普遍。通过对碾压混凝土进行技术研究,总结了碾压混凝土具有采用高产量活性掺和料、通仓薄层浇筑、依靠振动碾碾压使得混凝土密实、节约成本等特点,并从砂细度模数、石粉含量、值、含气量4个对碾压混凝土性能有主要影响的参数进行分析,为相关工程人员提供思路与参考。As the RCC dam combines the advantages of the normal concrete dam structure and the rolled earth-rock dam construction,the application of the RCC dam in China is becoming more and more common.Based on the technical research of roller compacted concrete,this paper summarizes the characteristics of roller compacted concrete,such as adopting high-yield active admixture,pouring thin-layer through the warehouse,compacting concrete by vibration and rolling and cost-effective,and analyzes the four main parameters which have a major impact on the performance of roller compacted concrete from the sand fineness modulus,stone powder content,Kc value and air content,so as to provide Ideas and reference for related engineers.
