双歧杆菌三联活菌联合乳果糖对儿童功能性便秘的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察双歧杆菌三联活菌(金双歧)联合乳果糖口服液治疗儿童功能性便秘的临床疗效。探索临床治疗儿童功能性便秘的良好方法。方法选择我院2015年1月至2017年12月收治的110例功能性便秘患儿为研究对象,随机分为治疗组(58例)和对照组(52例)。两组患儿均予以基础治疗,对照组患儿给予乳果糖口服液治疗,治疗组患儿给予金双歧联合乳果糖口服液治疗,比较两组患儿疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组和对照组患儿治疗总有效率分别为91.4%和76.9%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.3850,P=0.0362)。治疗组患儿不良反应发生率为3.4%,对照组为11.5%,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=5.1530,P=0.2720)。随访1年后,治疗组患儿远期复发率低于对照组。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌联合乳果糖口服液对儿童功能性便的疗效优于单用乳果糖口服液,患儿远期复发少,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of triple viable Bifidobacterium(Golden Bifid)combined with lactulose oral liquid in the treatment of functional constipation in children and seek a better treatment for the disease.Methods A total of 110 children with functional constipation who were treated in our hospital from Jan 2015 to Dec 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group(n=58)or control group(n=52).On the basis of the basic treatment,the control group was treated with Lactulose oral liquid,while the treatment group was treated with Golden Bifid combined with Lactulose oral liquid.The efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total efficiency rate in treatment group vs control group were 91.4%vs 76.9%,with significant difference(χ^2=4.3850,P=0.0362).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(3.4%vs 11.5%;χ^2=5.1530,P=0.2720).Long-term recurrence rate was lower in the treatment group after 1 year of follow-up.Conclusion Triple viable Bifidobacterium combined with Lactulose oral liquid for treatment of children with functional constipation is better than Lactulose oral liquid alone,with lower long-term recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
