摘  要:目的:建立简化的多翻转角心脏电影序列小鼠心肌T1值测量方法。方法:在7.0T磁场下在含钆水模、小鼠大腿肌肉中分别采用多反转时间的反转恢复序列和5个翻转角、3个翻转角的心脏电影序列检测T1值。利用5个翻转角和简化后3个翻转角的心脏电影成像结果计算小鼠左心室中部及心尖部各区域T1值。结果:采用上述不同方法在水模、肌肉和小鼠心肌所测得的T1值检测相差40ms以内,简化方法与标准方法计算出的T1值之间有很好的一致性。结论:利用简化方法能够有效抑制小鼠因心率快导致的运动伪影,且在完成心脏电影成像的同时还能准确测量出心肌T1值,为快速评价高心率动物模型心肌状态提供了一种非常有用的工具。Objective:To establish a simplified method for measuring myocardial T1 value in mice based on cardiac cine imaging with multiple flip angles.Methods:Standard inversion recovery sequence with multi-inversion time and cardiac cine imaging sequences with 5-flip angles and simplified 3-flip angles were implemented in 7.0T MRI system.The T1 values were detected in a phantom and mouse thigh muscles.Use the cardiac cine imaging sequences with 5-flip angles and simplified 3-flip angles to calculate T1 values of the left ventricle in mice.Results:The differences of T1 values measured by above 3 sequences in a phantom,muscles and mouse myocardium were less than 40ms,and the simplified method was in good accuracy with those standard methods.Conclusion:The simplified method has less affects by cardiac motion artifacts and a high accuracy of T1 mapping.It provides a very useful tool for myocardial state rapid evaluation in animal models with high heart rate.
