摘  要:目的探讨生化检验指标在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的作用。方法选取我院检验科于2018年10月至2019年10月接收的60例糖尿病肾病患者作为实验组,再选取60例健康者作为对照组,对所有实验对象均进行生化检验,对C反应蛋白(CRP)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血清胱抑素C(CysC)、尿素蛋白/尿肌酐(UALB/Cr)和尿微量白蛋白(MAU)的生化指标进行检测,并对比分析。结果经过生化检验后,实验组的CRP为(8.69±2.18)mg/L、HbA1c为(7.69±0.35)%、CysC为(1.93±0.48)mg/L、UALB/Cr为(64.32±7.10)mg/g、MAU为(21.95±9.37)mg/L,对照组的CRP为(2.01±0.47)mg/L、HbA1c为(5.11±0.43)%、CysC为(0.79±0.28)mg/L、UALB/Cr为(4.98±2.36)mg/g、MAU为(10.96±6.50)mg/L,实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生化检验可用于临床上糖尿病肾病的早期诊断,可在临床上加以应用推广。Objective To explore the role of biochemical indexes in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods Sixty cases of diabetic nephropathy patients in the clinical laboratory of our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the experimental group,and 60 healthy subjects as the control group.All subjects were examined by biochemical method,the biochemical indexes of C reactive protein(CRP),Glycated hemoglobin(HbA1C),Cystatin C(CysC),urea protein/Urine Creatinine(UALB/Cr)and urine microalbumin(MAU)were detected and analyzed.Results After biochemical test,the CRP,HbA1C,CysC,UALB/Cr and MAU of the experimental group were(8.69±2.18)mg/L,(7.69±0.35)%,(1.93±0.48)mg/L,(64.32±7.10)mg/g and(21.95±9.37)mg/L,control group were(2.01±0.47)mg/L,(5.11±0.43)%,(0.79±0.28)mg/L,(4.98±2.36)mg/g,(10.96±6.50)mg/L,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Biochemical test can be used in the early diagnosis of clinical diabetic nephropathy,and can be applied and popularized in clinic.
