摘　　要：目的分析改良送管法在预防PICC置管异位中的应用效果。方法随机选取2018年1月至2019年12月在我院接受PICC置管的患者100例,作为本次调查分析的样本,以随机数字表法,将其分为对照组50例和实验组50例,对照组使用常规送管方式,实验组使用改良送管方式,针对两组患者出现的异位情况进行分析。结果实验组患者的异位率要低于对照组,组间数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组50例患者的满意率为96.00%,对照组50例患者的满意率为76.00%,实验组明显高于对照组,组间数据差异结果显示(P<0.05),数据具备统计学意义。结论在PICC置管中,使用改良送管方式比较便利,异位发生率较低,安全指数较高,患者比较满意,具有推广使用的价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of the improved tube delivery method in the prevention of PICC tube heterotopia.Methods A total of 100 patients who received PICC catheterization in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly selected as the samples for this investigation and analysis.They were divided into control group(50 cases)and experimental group(50 cases).The control group used conventional catheterization and the experimental group used improved catheterization.The ectopic conditions of the two groups were analyzed.Results The ectopic rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfactory rate of 50 patients in the experimental group was 96.00%,and that of 50 patients in the control group was 76.00%.The experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In Picc Catheterization,it is more convenient to use the improved feeding method,the ectopic rate is lower,the safety index is higher,the patient is more satisfied,it has the value of popularization.
