药学服务在医院药物调剂中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨药学服务在医院药物调剂中的作用。方法选取在我院2018年1月至2018年5月接受药物调剂治疗的患者50例作为对照组,选取2018年6月至2018年11月接受药物调剂处方治疗的患者50例作为观察组进行研究观察。我院从2018年6月开始实施药学服务管理,通过对比两组患者的生活质量、治疗效率及药师的服务质量进行判定,判断药学服务在医院药物调剂中的作用。结果(1)对比两组患者的生活质量:观察组患者的生活质量高于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。(2)对比两组患者的治疗效率:观察组患者的治疗效率高于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。(3)对比两组药师的服务质量:观察组患者的药师服务质量优于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论通过对两组患者和药师的研究数据进行对比,证明药学服务在医院药物调剂中的作用良好,能够提升医院的治疗效率,提高药师的专业水平和服务质量,提升患者的满意度,促进医院健康的成长,是具有很高价值的服务管理,值得医院推广使用。Objective To explore the role of pharmaceutical care in hospital drug dispensing.Methods Fifty patients who received drug dispensing treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2018 were selected as the control group,and 50 patients who received drug dispensing prescription from June 2018 to November 2018 were selected as the observation group for study and observation.Our hospital began to implement pharmaceutical care management in June 2018.Through the judgment of the quality of life,treatment efficiency and service quality of pharmacists of the two groups of patients,we can judge the role of pharmaceutical care in hospital drug dispensing.Results (1) Compared the quality of life of the two groups:the quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05),with statistical significance.(2) Compared the treatment efficiency of two groups of patients:the treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05),with statistical significance.(3) Compared the service quality of two groups of pharmacists:the service quality of pharmacists in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion By comparing the research data of two groups of patients and pharmacists,it is proved that pharmaceutical care plays a good role in hospital drug dispensing,can improve the treatment efficiency of the hospital,improve the professional level and service quality of pharmacists,improve the satisfaction of patients,and promote the healthy growth of the hospital.It is a very valuable service management,which is worth promoting and using in the hospital.
