舒芬太尼与瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉在腔镜下子宫切除术中效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较舒芬太尼、瑞芬太尼分别复合异丙酚在腔镜下子宫切除术中的麻醉效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年6月接受腔镜下子宫切除术的患者92例随机均分为舒组和瑞组,各46例,采用舒芬太尼和瑞芬太尼分别复合异丙酚进行麻醉,比较效果。结果与麻醉诱导前相比,手术期间患者的SBP、DBP和HR等血流动力学指标先降低后恢复至正常水平,瑞组变化幅度较大,T2时刻变动差异最为显著(P<0.05);术后术后1 h、2 h和6 h,舒组患者疼痛水平均较低(P<0.05);而其他指标未发现明显差异(P>0.05)。结论腔镜下子宫切除术中,舒芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉效果较为理想。Objective To investigate the effects of anesthesia by sufentanil and remifentanil combined with propofol respectively during endoscopic hysterectomy.Methods A total of 92 patients were enrolled in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019.Patients were randomly divided into sufentanil group and remifentanil group,46 in each,and then patients were treated with sufentanil combined propofol and remifentanil combined with propofol respectively.Compare the effects of two anesthetic methods.Results Compared to the induction of anesthesia,the SBP,DBP and HR of the patients were reduced to a certain extent,and then gradually increased to normal level,but the remifentanil group decreased significantly.At T2 time,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The sufentanil group showed the lower VAS scores at 1 h,2 h and 6 h postoperation(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the other indicators(P>0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil combined with propofol induced a better effect during endoscopic hysterectomy.
