复方樟柳碱注射液治疗眼底病患者实施整体护理的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的观察复方樟柳碱注射液在眼底病治疗中的应用情况,及整体护理方法应用的效果和价值。方法选取2018年11月至2019年11月我院接收的56例眼底病患者,作为对象展开探究。以奇、偶数分组方式,纳入观察组28例患者、对照组28例患者。对所有患者均实施复方樟柳碱注射液治疗,对照组为常规护理,观察组为整体护理。结果观察组与对照组护理前的情绪比较无统计意义(P>0.05);两组护理后的情绪比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组组内护理后与护理前的情绪比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。两组在护理满意度的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对实施复方樟柳碱注射液治疗的眼底病患者,展开整体护理,能够有效改善患者的不良情绪,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,应用价值突出。Objective To observe the application of compound anisodine injection in the treatment of fundus diseases and the effect and value of holistic nursing.Methods 56 patients with fundus diseases received by our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the objects to explore.28 patients in the observation group and 28 patients in the control group were divided into odd and even groups.All patients were treated with compound anisodine injection.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given overall nursing.Results There was no statistical significance between the observation group and the control group before nursing(P>0.05);there was significant difference between the two groups after nursing(P<0.05);there was significant difference between the two groups after nursing and before nursing(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with fundus diseases treated by compound anisodine injection,the overall nursing can effectively improve the patients’bad mood,improve the patients’satisfaction with nursing work,and has outstanding application value.
