摘　　要：目的探讨思维导图在降低血液透析体外循环凝血中的应用效果。方法选取我院2019年1月至2019年12月维持性血液透析患者90例,以2019年6月开展思维导图为分界线,分为对照组及观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上应用思维导图整改科室操作流程开展新项目。比较两组患者体外循环凝血情况和患者满意度。结果观察组体外循环2级凝血率、3级凝血率皆显著低于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用思维导图能够降低血液透析体外循环凝血率,提高患者的生活质量。在临床应用中具有重要的意义,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the effect of mind mapping in reducing blood dialysis cardiopulmonary bypass coagulation.Methods 90 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from january 2019 to december 2019 were selected,and the mind map was carried out in june 2019 as the dividing line,which was divided into control group and observation group.The control group used routine nursing,and the observation group used mind map to correct the operation flow of the department to carry out new projects on the basis of routine nursing.Comparison of patients with cardiopulmonary bypass coagulation and patient satisfaction.Results The rate of grade 2 and grade 3 coagulation in the observed group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.001).The patient satisfaction in the observed group was apparently higher Compared with control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Using mind map can reduce the coagulation rate of hemodialysis cardiopulmonary bypass and improve the quality of life of patients.is of great significance in clinical application and deserves further promotion.
