对凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产术后预防再出血的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析针对性护理对凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产术后预防再出血的护理效果。方法选择本院收治的80例接受凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产手术的患者为分析对象,随机平均分成观察组(针对性护理)和对照组(常规护理),对比两组术后再出血发生率以及护理满意率。结果观察组术后再出血发生率为7.50%,低于对照组25.00%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意率为95.00%,高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。结论对凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产患者实施针对性护理,可以有效预防患者术后再出血,临床护理效果显著,值得广泛推广与应用。Objective To analyze the nursing effect of targeted nursing on the prevention of rebleeding after cesarean section of dangerous placenta previa.Methods Eighty patients undergoing cesarean section with placenta previa who were treated in our hospital were selected as the analysis objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group(targeted care)and control group(routine care).Incidence and satisfaction with care.Results The incidence of postoperative rebleeding in the observation group was 7.50%,which was lower than the control group by 25.00%(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than the control group by 80.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing care for patients with cesarean section with dangerous placenta previa can effectively prevent rebleeding after surgery.The clinical nursing effect is significant,and it is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
