从中医“治未病”理论探讨高危混合性高脂血症的防治

摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的不断提高,高脂血症患者也越来越多,而且由高脂血症并发的其他疾病对人类的健康造成了严重的影响。人们认为各种因由所形成的内脏功能失调,从而导致人体的脂类代谢出现不正常的现象,从而引起血浆胆固醇、甘油三酯的成分比正常高时,高脂血症就形成了。中医“治未病”属于祖国医学的精髓,表达的是对于疾病采取积极的预防措施并早期干预的思想,“治未病”主要包含“未病先防”“既病防变”“愈后防复发”等,人体属于一个有机的整体,当它的机能减退、失调或者疾病已经出现的时候,身体肯定会有不舒服的感觉,那就是患者的主观症状,主观症状属于保护性的反应,告诉人们需要对其引起注意。中医“治未病”经过各代医者的不断修缮所形成的比较特别的理论体系,笔者从中医“治未病”理论探讨高危混合性高脂血症的预防与治疗,对高危混合性高脂血症进行有效的预防与治疗,对降低患者的血脂水平很有效,对有效避免或降低高危混合性高脂血症的发病率具有非常重要的意义。中医“治未病”理论充分体现了对疾病的积极预防与早期干预治疗的思想,未病先防、既病防变、病愈防复,这三种思想不管在混合性高脂血症的预防还是治疗,或者复发方面,都具有非常重要的意义。认真执行中医“治未病”理论,降低高危混合性高脂血症的发病与复发,可以减慢病情的加重,改善患者生活质量与生命安全,具有非常重要的意义,值得在临床上广泛推广应用。With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,there are more and more hyperlipidemia patients,and other diseases complicated by hyperlipidemia have a serious impact on human health.It is believed that visceral dysfunction caused by various causes leads to abnormal lipid metabolism in the human body,which leads to the formation of hyperlipidemia when the components of plasma cholesterol and triglyceride are higher than normal.“Preventive treatment of disease”in traditional Chinese medicine is the essence of traditional Chinese medicine,which expresses the idea of taking active preventive measures and early intervention for diseases.“Preventive treatment of disease”mainly includes“prevention before disease”“prevention of both diseases”“prevention of relapse after recovery”,etc.The human body belongs to an organic whole body.When its dysfunction,maladjustment or disease has appeared,the body will certainly have no The feeling of comfort is the patient’s subjective symptoms,which are protective reactions that tell people to pay attention to them.Traditional Chinese medicine“preventive treatment of disease”after the continuous repair of various generations of doctors formed a relatively special theoretical system,the author from the“preventive treatment of disease”theory of traditional Chinese medicine to explore the prevention and treatment of high-risk mixed hyperlipidemia,effective prevention and treatment of high-risk mixed hyperlipidemia,to reduce the level of blood lipids in patients,to effectively avoid or reduce the incidence of highrisk mixed hyperlipidemia The disease rate is of great significance.The theory of“preventive treatment of disease”in traditional Chinese medicine fully embodies the idea of active prevention and early intervention and treatment of diseases.Prevention before disease,prevention of both diseases and recovery of diseases are of great significance in the prevention and treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia and recurrence.It is of great sign
