宫颈癌根治手术后应用盆底肌功能锻炼进行尿潴留防治的护理应用

摘　　要：目的分析应用盆底肌功能锻炼对宫颈癌根治术后的患者防治尿潴留的临床效果。方法从本院妇科2017年1月到2019年10月收治的宫颈癌根治手术后患者中选取60例纳入本次的研究范围,随机平均分为对照组、观察组。对照组手术后进行常规护理,观察组手术后则在对照组基础上采取盆底肌功能锻炼。对比两组患者护理后术后恢复情况、尿潴留发生率及护理满意率。结果观察组尿管留置时间短于对照组,观察组首次排尿量、护理满意率高于对照组,观察组平均残余尿量、尿潴留发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈癌根治术后的患者应用盆底肌功能锻炼进行尿潴留的防治具有显著的效果,能有效缩短患者留置尿管的时间,降低尿潴留的发生几率,有利于患者的恢复。Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of pelvic floor muscle exercises on the prevention and treatment of urinary retention in patients after radical resection of cervical cancer.Methods:From January 2017 to October 2019 in the Department of Gynecology of our hospital,60 patients after radical surgery for cervical cancer were selected and included in the scope of this study,and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine nursing care after the operation,and the observation group took pelvic floor muscle function exercise on the basis of the control group after the operation.The postoperative recovery,the incidence of urinary retention and the satisfaction rate of nursing care were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The catheter retention time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group.The first urine output and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The average residual urine volume and the incidence of urinary retention in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of pelvic floor muscle function exercise for the prevention and treatment of urinary retention in patients after radical resection of cervical cancer has a significant effect.It can effectively shorten the time of indwelling a catheter,reduce the probability of urinary retention,and is beneficial to the recovery of patients.
