耳穴贴压缓解重睑成形术后伤口疼痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究耳穴贴压疗法对重睑成形术后伤口疼痛的镇痛效果,为整形手术术后中医辨证施技提供参考。方法纳入本研究的80例重睑成形术后患者均属轻中度疼痛,NRS疼痛评分4~6分,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组实施术后常规护理,观察组在此基础上于术后半小时内使用耳穴贴压治疗,观察术后不同时间点两组患者静息状态下NRS疼痛评分以及患者满意度。结果观察组术后不同时间点静息状态下的NRS疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后两组患者痛觉上升的时间及疼痛消失时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05);患者满意度为97.5%,显著高于对照组。结论耳穴贴压能有效降低重睑成形术后患者伤口疼痛的程度,延长痛觉上升的时间,使疼痛尽早消失,提高了患者的满意度。Objective:To study the effect of auricular point pressing therapy on wound pain after double blepharoplasty.Methods:80 patients after double eyelid blepharoplasty were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was treated with auricular point pressing within half an hour after operation,and the effects of the two groups were observed.Results:The NRS pain score at different time points after operation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of pain sensation and pain disappearance in the two groups were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point pressing can effectively reduce the degree of wound pain after double blepharoplasty,prolong the rising time of pain,make the pain disappear as soon as possible,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
