个性化护理干预降低脑卒中患者鼻饲并发症的发生率

摘　　要：目的分析在脑卒中患者中应用个性化护理干预对降低鼻饲并发症发生率的效果。方法择取36例脑卒中患者,将其随机分组研究,对照组(18例)患者行以常规护理,研究组(18例)患者行以个性化护理干预,对照分析两组鼻饲并发症发生情况、营养指标、神经功能缺损评分。结果从鼻饲并发症发生情况来看,研究组腹泻、消化道出血、呕吐、吸入性肺炎等并发症总发生率低于对照组,P<0.05;从营养指标来看,护理前组间血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、血清总蛋白水平对比无统计学差异,护理后研究组血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、血清总蛋白水平高于对照组,P<0.05;从神经功能缺损评分来看,护理前组间无统计学差异,护理后研究组低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对脑卒中患者来说,个性化护理干预可以降低鼻饲并发症发生率,还可以改善营养状态以及神经功能,临床价值显著。Objective:To analyze the effect of individualized nursing intervention on reducing the incidence of nasal feeding complications in stroke patients.Methods:36 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(18 cases)was given routine nursing care,and the study group(18 cases)was given personalized nursing intervention.The incidence of nasal feeding complications,nutritional indicators and neurological deficit score of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:From the incidence of nasal feeding complications,the total incidence of diarrhea,gastrointestinal bleeding,vomiting,aspiration pneumonia and other complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05;in terms of nutritional indicators,there was no statistical difference in the levels of hemoglobin,serum albumin and serum total protein between the two groups before nursing,and after nursing,the hemoglobin,serum albumin and serum total protein water in the study group were not significantly different Compared with the control group,P<0.05;from the neurological deficit score,there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing,and after nursing,the research group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:For stroke patients,personalized nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of nasal feeding complications,improve nutritional status and neurological function,and has significant clinical value.
