帕金森病患者护理中加强渐进式康复干预对认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨给予帕金森病患者渐进式康复护理干预的效果及价值。方法选取本院在2018年12月2019年11月收治的80例帕金森病患者分为两组,在常规治疗基础上给予对照组(n=40)患者常规护理,观察组(n=40)再加强渐进式康复护理干预,观察患者认知功能、运动功能恢复情况。结果干预前,两组患者MoCA评分、MDRSPD评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预12w后,观察组MoCA评分明显高于对照组(23.10±3.73 vs.20.52±3.24),观察组MDRSPD评分明显高于对照组(43.78±3.25 vs.35.65±3.53),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论帕金森病患者治疗过程中在常规护理基础上加强给予患者渐进式康复干预,可有效促进患者认知功能、运动功能获得更好改善,有助于患者总体康复效果提高。Objective To explore the effect and value of progressive rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with Parkinson’s disease.Methods 80 patients with Parkinson’s disease admitted in our hospital from December 2018 to November 2019 were divided into two groups.On the basis of routine treatment,the patients in the control group(n=40)were given routine care.The patients in the observation group(n=40)were further strengthened with progressive rehabilitation nursing intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in MOCA score and MDRSPD score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention,MOCA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(23.10±3.73 vs 20.52±3.24),and the MDRSPD score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(43.78±3.25 vs 35.65±3.53),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of Parkinson’s disease patients,on the basis of routine nursing,the gradual rehabilitation intervention can effectively improve the cognitive function and motor function of the patients,and improve the overall rehabilitation effect of the patients.
