胸腔闭式引流管护理中的护理告知程序联合健康教育的护理效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胸腔闭式引流管护理中的护理告知程序联合健康教育的护理效果。方法选取2018年10月至2019年3月100例胸腔闭式引流术后患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用传统的护理干预措施,在术后有主管护士进行胸腔闭市引流管风险告知一次。观察组在传统护理干预措施的基础上,加用护理告知程序加健康教育的方式进行护理干预,包括:护理告知程序制定、干预措施的落实、告知小手册发放、护理对此类患者进行班班交接等内容。结果两组患者基线差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组发生肺不张1例,皮下气肿1例,局部感染1例;对照组发生肺不张1例,肺部感染2例,皮下气肿1例,局部感染2例。观察组并发症发生率(6%)明显低于对照组(10%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理告知程序联合健康教育可有效降低患者胸腔闭式引流术并发症发生率,从而促进患者早期康复。Objective To explore the nursing effect of the combination of the nursing informing procedure and health education in the nursing of closed thoracic drainage tube.Methods From October 2018 to March 2019,100 patients with thoracic closed drainage were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.In the control group,the traditional nursing intervention measures were adopted,and the nurse in charge was informed of the risk of thoracic closure drainage tube once after operation.On the basis of traditional nursing intervention measures,the observation group added nursing informing procedure and health education to carry out nursing intervention,including the formulation of nursing notification procedure,the implementation of intervention measures,the issuance of notification manual,and the shift handover of nursing for such patients.Results There was no significant difference in baseline between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,1 case of atelectasis,1 case of subcutaneous emphysema and 1 case of local infection occurred in the observation group,1 case of atelectasis,2 cases of pulmonary infection,1 case of subcutaneous emphysema and 2 cases of local infection occurred in the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group(6%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(10%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing notification program combined with health education can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of thoracic closed drainage and promote the early recovery of patients.
