疏肝和胃丸对糖尿病胃轻瘫模型大鼠胃电节律及胃窦Cajal间质细胞表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝和胃丸对糖尿病胃轻瘫模型大鼠胃胃电节律及胃窦Cajal间质细胞表达的影响。方法采用糖尿病胃轻瘫模型大鼠,随机分为疏肝和胃丸低、中、高三个剂量组,分别给予临床剂量1、2、4倍灌胃,西药组予临床剂量1倍的多潘立酮灌胃,各组治疗4周后检测胃电节律及胃窦Cajal间质细胞表达情况。结果与模型组相比,疏肝和胃丸高、中、低三个治疗组胃电节律显著增加(P<0.01),胃窦ICC数量显著增加(P<0.01)。结论疏肝和胃丸能促进糖尿病模型大鼠胃动力,可能与调节胃窦组织SCF/c-kit信号通路,促进ICC的增殖、分化有关。Objective To investigate the effect of Shugan Hewei pill on gastric electrical rhythm and interstitial cells of cajal in gastric antrum in rats with diabetic gastroparesis.Methods Diabetic gastroparesis model rats were randomly divided into low,middle and high dose groups of Shugan Hewei pill according to body weight,which were given intragastric administration with1、2、4 times clinical dose respectively,and 1 times clinical dose domperidone in control group.The gastric electrical rhythm and expression of interstitial cells in antrum Cajal were measured after 4 weeks of treatment in each group.Results Compared with model group,gastric electrical rhythm which in the three treatment groups,were significantly higher(P<0.01),and the number of ICC in gastric antrum were significantly higher(P<0.01).Conclusion Shugan Hewei pill can promote gastric motility in diabetic rats,which may be related to the regulation of SCF/c-kit signal pathway in gastric antrum and the promotion of ICC proliferation and differentiation.
