摘　　要：高效、安全的道路运输体系关系着国计民生和经济社会发展,更是疫情防控和复工复产的必要保障。随着疫情防控形势的不断变化,交通运输系统也在防疫应对、物资运转、运输组织和安全执法等面临着严峻的挑战。针对疫情复工复产期间的交通运输组织特征和典型的交通安全问题,采用文献资料调查和归纳分析的方法,分析交通运输安全问题的特征与产生原因,在运输时序组织、客货运超员超载监管、电动自行车出行管理和新媒体宣传与引导等方面针对性地提出管理对策,以期加强疫情期交通安全综合执法,保障道路运输系统畅通、安全、有序地运转。An efficient and safe road transport system is crucial to the national economy,people’s livelihood and economic and social development.It is also a necessary guarantee for the prevention and control of the epidemic and work and production resumption.With the constant changes in the situation of epidemic prevention and control,the transportation system is facing severe challenges in epidemic prevention and response,materials operation,transport organization and safety enforcement.In view of the characteristics of traffic organization and typical traffic safety problems during the period of work and production resumption,the characteristics and causes of traffic safety problems are analyzed by means of literature investigation and inductive analysis.The management countermeasures are put forward including transportation sequence organization,overload supervision of passenger and freight transportation,electric bicycle travel management and new media publicity and guidance,so as to strengthen the comprehensive law enforcement of traffic safety and ensure the smooth,safe and orderly operation of the road transportation system during the epidemic period.
