摘 要:采用单因素试验方法,探究了茶叶渣改性条件对其吸附亚甲基蓝效果的影响,并得到了改性处理的最佳工艺条件.实验结果表明,NaOH改性效果优于HNO 3改性处理.NaOH改性茶叶渣的最佳条件:NaOH浓度0.8 mol·L^-1、改性时间70 min、液固比25∶1、改性温度65℃.在此条件下,改性处理后茶叶渣对亚甲基蓝的去除率和吸附量分别为97.51%和48.07 mg·g^-1,比改性前分别提高了1.6倍.茶叶渣改性处理后拥有良好的吸附性能,因而具有一定的潜在利用价值.By one-factor experiments,the effects of the modification conditions of tea waste on its adsorption capacity of methylene blue are studied and the optimum processing conditions of tea waste modification are also obtained.The experiment results show that the modification effect of sodium hydroxide is better than it of nitric acid.The optimum conditions of sodium hydroxide modified tea waste are as follows:the concentration of sodium hydroxide is 0.8 mol·L^-1,modification time 70 min,liquid to solid ratio 25∶1,and modification temperature 65℃.Under these conditions,the modified tea waste s removal rate and adsorption capacity of methylene blue are 97.51%and 48.07 mg·g^-1 respectively that are both about 1.6 times higher than the unmodified treatment.It is concluded that the modified tea waste has good adsorption capacity thus is of potential value in use.
