布拉氏酵母菌联合果糖二磷酸钠治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效及心肌损伤的影响

摘　　要：目的分析布拉氏酵母菌联合果糖二磷酸钠治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效及心肌损伤的影响。方法经医院伦理学会批准选取我院2017年1月-2018年12月收治的小儿轮状病毒性肠炎患儿100例,采用双盲分组法将其分成对照组与治疗组,每组50例,分别接受布拉氏酵母菌治疗及布拉氏酵母菌联合果糖二磷酸钠治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、不良反应、腹泻症状消失时间、心肌损伤恢复时间。结果两组患儿临床疗效差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿不良反应率低于对照组(P>0.05)。治疗组患儿退热时间、呕吐停止时间、腹泻停止时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患儿CK-MB、CK水平差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后降低;其中治疗组患儿的CK-MB、CK水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌联合果糖二磷酸钠治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎能明显提升临床疗效,改善心肌损伤及腹泻临床症状,建议推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with fructose diphosphate in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis and myocardial injury in children.Methods With the approval of the hospital ethics society,100 children with rotavirus enteritis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into two groups by double-blind method,50 cases in each group.Control group received the Saccharomyces boulardii,and treatment group received the Saccharomyces boulardii combined with fructose diphosphate.Clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,diarrhea symptom disappearance time,and myocardial injury were compared between the two groups.Results There was a statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P>0.05).The duration of symptoms such as fever,vomiting and diarrhea in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CK-MB and CK had no difference between groups before treatment(P>0.05),which were decreased in both groups after treatment,and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii combined with fructose diphosphate can effectively ameliorate the clinical symptoms of myocardial injury and diarrhea for children with rotavirus enteritis.
