摘  要:通过软模板剂法,乙醇作有机辅助剂,合成了具有晶内中孔纳米Beta沸石自聚体,并以XRD、N2吸附-脱附、SEM表征,考察该方法对Beta沸石晶化速率、相对结晶度、自聚体孔结构性能及形貌的影响。结果表明,添加适量乙醇有利于减慢沸石的晶化速率,降低结晶度,增加中孔结构含量,Beta沸石聚集体具有更小的纳米晶体颗粒。Nano-beta zeolite self-aggregates with intracrystal mesoporous samples were synthesized by soft template method,taking ethanol as an organic auxiliary chemical.The characterization methods of XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption and SEM were used to investigate the effects of the process on the crystallization rate,relative crystallinity,pore structure properties and morphology of beta zeolite.The results showed that the addition of appropriate amount of ethanol was beneficial to slow down the crystallization rate of zeolite,reduce the crystallinity,and increase the mesoporous structure content.The beta zeolite aggregates obtained by adding appropriate amount of ethanol had smaller nanocrystal particles.
