摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径管理对妇科优质护理质量的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2020年3月我院收治的100例妇科疾病患者作为研究对象,根据入院号随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组行常规优质护理,观察组护理方案则在其基础上应用临床护理路径。比较分析两组患者各项护理指标落实合格率,如专科护理、医嘱查对、给药查对等,护理不良事件发生情况,以及对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组专科护理、医嘱查对、给药查对、饮食查对、护理文书、药物管理等护理质量指标落实合格率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理工作的不良事件发生情况得到有效控制,观察组不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);病患对护理工作的满意程度得到了显著提升,观察组病患对护理工作的满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妇科实施临床护理路径管理,能很大程度上提升妇科护理工作的整体水平,有效控制护理不良事件的发生,并提升病患对护理工作的满意程度,值得大力推广使用。Objective To explore the influence of clinical nursing path management on the quality of gynecological nursing.Methods A total of 100 patients with gynecological diseases admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to March 2020 were selected as research objects.According to the admission number,they were randomly divided into two groups,50 patients in each group.To compare and analyze the qualified rate of the two groups of patients with various nursing indicators,such as specialized nursing,doctor’s order checking,drug giving checking,the occurrence of adverse nursing events,and the satisfaction with the nursing work.Results The qualified rate of nursing quality indexes in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The occurrence of adverse events in the nursing work was effectively controlled,and the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The patients’ satisfaction degree to the nursing work was significantly improved,and the patients’ satisfaction degree to the nursing work in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing path management for gynecology can greatly improve the overall level of gynecology nursing work,effectively control the occurrence of adverse nursing events,and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work,which is worthy of promotion.
