中医综合护理用于颈性眩晕患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中医综合护理用于颈性眩晕患者的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月至2019年12月于我院进行治疗的颈性眩晕患者60例,随机分为两组,对照组进行常规护理干预;研究组采用中医综合护理进行干预,研究对比两组患者临床指标和并发症的差异。结果治疗前两组患者椎动脉血流峰速度、眩晕症状及功能评分差异不显著(P<0.05),组间比较研究组各指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者恶心等不良反应发生率为26.7%(对照组)和6.7%(研究组),研究组并发症发生率较对照组更低(P<0.05);研究组患者再在经过一段时间的治疗后,生命质量各维度评分较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论中医综合护理对颈性眩晕干预效果良好,可显著缓解患者临床症状,降低并发症的发生率。Objective To explore the effect of TCM comprehensive nursing on patients with cervical vertigo.Methods Sixty patients with cervical vertigo treated in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,and the control group received routine nursing intervention;the research group used comprehensive nursing of Chinese medicine to intervene.Differences in clinical indicators and complications among the groups.Results The vertebral artery peak blood flow velocity,dizziness symptoms and functional scores of the two groups before treatment were not significantly different (P<0.05),and the indicators of the study group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05) between the two groups;the two after treatment The incidence of nausea and other adverse reactions in the group was 26.7% (control group) and 6.7% (study group).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);After that,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life were higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect on cervical vertigo,which can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
