摘　　要：维吾尔族的埋蚕沙疗法是一种古老的民族特色外治疗法,蚕沙为蚕蛾类动物幼虫的粪便干燥后的产物。在《本草汇言》中描述其味道甘甜,具有祛风除湿和活血通经的药效。根据现代医学的药理研究,蚕沙具有降低血糖和血脂的功效。通过本研究,初步建立了桑蚕沙埋疗法技术操作规范,可指导该技术在维吾尔医学中的临床应用,提高临床疗效,为最终形成维吾尔医学诊疗操作规范行业标准提供方法学探索和研究依据。Burying silkworm sand therapy of Uygur nationality is an ancient external treatment with national characteristics,which is the product of dried feces of silkworm moth larvae.It is described in the summary of Materia Medica that it tastes sweet and has the effect of expelling wind and dampness and promoting blood circulation.According to the pharmacological research of modern medicine,silkworm excrement has the effect of reducing blood sugar and blood lipid.Through this study,we initially established the technical operation standard of mulberry silkworm sand burying therapy,which can guide the clinical application of this technology in Uygur medicine,improve the clinical efficacy,and provide the methodological exploration and research basis for the final formation of the industry standard of Uygur medical diagnosis and treatment operation standard.
