地奈德乳膏联合羌月乳膏治疗婴幼儿湿疹临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察评价应用地奈德乳膏联合羌月乳膏治疗婴幼儿湿疹的疗效和安全性。方法选取该院2018年1月—2019年12月诊治的0~3岁婴幼儿亚急性、慢性湿疹患儿116例,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组58例。对照组单独应用地奈德乳膏治疗,观察组给予地奈德乳膏+羌月乳膏联合治疗,疗程7 d,观察比较两组患儿的症状积分改善情况、临床疗效和药物毒副作用等。结果①症状积分:治疗前,观察组、对照组患儿症状总积分分别为(7.8±1.4)分和(7.6±1.2)分,比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.826,P=0.410);治疗后,两组症状总积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),但治疗后观察组症状总积分降至(2.9±0.5)分,显著低于对照组症状总积分(4.1±0.8)分(t=9.687,P<0.05);②观察组总有效率为98.3%,也高于对照组86.2%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.336,P=0.037);③用药不良反应:对照组出现皮肤瘙痒1例、烧灼感1例,不良反应率为3.4%;观察组出现皮肤瘙痒3例、红肿1例,不良反应率为6.9%,两组用药不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.176,P=0.675)。结论应用地奈德乳膏联合羌月乳膏治疗婴幼儿湿疹,可在较短时间内改善患儿临床症状,临床疗效较好,且无明显的毒副作用。Objective To observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of applying desonide cream combined with Qiangyue cream to treat infantile eczema.Methods A total of 116 infants with subacute and chronic eczema aged 0-3 years who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table,58 cases in each group.the control group alone Desonide cream was used for treatment,and the observation group was treated with desonide cream+Qiangyue cream for 7 d.The improvement of symptom scores,clinical efficacy,and drug side effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results 1.Symptom scores:Before treatment,the total symptom scores of children in the observation group and control group were(7.8±1.4)points and(7.6±1.2)points,respectively.The difference was not statistically significant(t=0.826,P=0.410);After treatment,the total symptom score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),but the total symptom score of the observation group dropped to(2.9±0.5)points after treatment,which was significantly lower than the total symptom score of the control group(4.1±0.8)points(t=9.687,P<0.05);2.The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.3%,which was also higher than the control group 86.2%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.336,P=0.037);3.Adverse drug reactions:1 case of skin itching and 1 case of burning sensation occurred in the control group,and the adverse reaction rate was 3.4%;3 cases of skin itching and 1 case of redness and swelling occurred in the observation group,and the adverse reaction rate was 6.9%.Comparison of adverse reaction rates between the two groups had no statistical significance(χ2=0.176,P=0.675).Conclusion The application of desonide cream combined with Qiangyue cream in the treatment of infantile eczema can improve the clinical symptoms of children in a relatively short period of time,with good clinical effects and no obvious side effects.
