探讨运用腔内泌尿外科技术治疗结石性脓肾的疗效

摘　　要：目的研究腔内泌尿外科技术在结石性脓肾治疗中的临床价值。方法选取该院2018年11月—2019年11月期间收治的124例结石性脓肾患者,通过抽签将患者分为甲乙两组。医护人员应对两组患者实施不同的治疗方式,比较两组患者治疗情况。结果甲乙两组患者并发症发生率分别为17.74%、1.61%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.152,P<0.05);甲乙两组治疗总有效率分别为67.74%、91.74%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.931,P<0.05);在手术后,相比甲组患者,乙组患者肾功能保留情况较好,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.957,P<0.05);相比甲组患者,乙组患者满意度较高,两组之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.364,P<0.05)。结论在结石性脓肾治疗中腔内泌尿外科技术有着较高的临床价值。Objective To study the clinical value of intracavitary urology technique in the treatment of calculous purulent kidney.Methods In this experiment,124 patients with calculous purulent kidney admitted in the hospital were selected from November 2018 to November 2019,and the patients were divided into two groups by drawing lots.Medical staff should implement different treatment methods for the two groups of patients,and compare the treatment status of the two groups of patients.Results The complication rates of patients in groups A and B were 17.74%and 1.61%,respectively,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=6.152,P<0.05);the total effective rates of treatment in groups A and B are 67.74%and 91.74%,respectively,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=10.931,P<0.05);After surgery,compared with patients in group A,patients in group B had better renal function retention,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ2=5.957,P<0.05);compared with patients in group A,patients in group B of the satisfaction of patients was higher,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ2=9.364,P<0.05).Conclusion Endocavitary urology technique has high clinical value in the treatment of calculous purulent kidney.
