北京市核心区社区养老服务设施转型探究

摘　　要：以北京市核心区为代表的城市老城区正面临严重的老龄化问题,但核心区内社区养老服务设施在服务对象、服务内容、经营等方面均存在不足,多数设施表现出使用情况不佳而无法符合要求。文章通过对北京市核心区社区养老服务设施及社区人群的基础调研与分析,结合现时政府政策和社区发展计划,阐述设施现状及现存问题、设施未来发展特征,总结社区养老服务设施转型的两种方式及对转型后设施的未来预期,以达到改善设施使用与运营情况的转型目的。The old city represented by the core area of Beijing is facing serious problems of aging,and the community pension service facilities in the core area have problems in positioning,service targets,service contents and management.Most facilities are not in good condition to meet requirements.Through some basic research on the community pension service facilities and community groups in the core area,and with the current government policies and community development plans,this paper describes the current situation of the facilities and existing problems,the future development characteristics of the facilities,and summarizes two ways of transformation and expectations of the facilities after transformation,in order to achieve the goal of transforming the core community’s aged care facilities and improve the use and operation of the facili ties.
