摘　　要：近20年来,共享住宅设计及研究在日本得到越来越多建筑师和学者的关注。由于其低廉的租金,便利的生活设施,以及丰富的与人交往的机会,共享住宅成为日本住宅租赁市场的重要组成部分。通过设计实践和实地考察,在对日本共享住宅市场调研的基础上,文章对代表性案例进行分析,从空间设施、共享模式、管理运营等方面,阐述了日本共享居住的发展现状,进而从居住行为和空间组织等角度分析了共享生活空间的设计策略。Shared housing design has expanded rapidly in Japan since the decade of the 21th century.Because of its low rent,convenient living facilities and abundant opportunities to interact with people,it has become an indispensable part of the rental housing in Japan.Based on the investigation and case studies of shared housing in Japan,the author expounds the development and status of Japanese shared housing from the aspects of space facilities,product type,sharing mode and operation,and analyses the design strategy of shared living space from the perspective of living behavior and spatial organization.
