摘 要:Nb2O5由于其插层反应机制,充放电过程体积变化小、长循环稳定性和高安全性等优点,在电极材料领域应用中展现出巨大的发展潜力.然而Nb2O5理论容量较低,导电性较差,限制了其高速充放电性能的发挥.本文通过利用乙醇和水为溶剂,用溶剂热法合成刺球状纳米结构的Nb2O5,通过改变溶剂类型调控Nb2O5结构从而改善其电化学性能.在体积比为V(水)∶V(醇)=1∶1条件下制备的Nb2O5电极形貌均匀,分散性较好,在0.1 A·g-1的电流密度下循环100圈后容量为340.0 mAh·g-1.Due to its intercalation reaction mechanism,small volume change during charging and discharging,long cycle stability and high safety,Nb2O5 has shown great development potential in the application of electrode materials.However,Nb2O5 has a low theoretical capacity and poor conductivity,which limits its high-speed charge and discharge performance.Herein,by using ethanol and water as solvents,solvothermal method was used to synthesize prickly spherical nanostructured Nb2O5,the structure of Nb2O5 was adjusted by changing the solvent type to improve its electrochemical performance.Under the condition that the volume ratio is V(water)∶V(alcohol)=1∶1,the prepared Nb2O5 electrode has a uniform morphology and good dispersion.It delivered a larger capacity of 340 mAh·g-1 at a current density of 0.1 A·g-1 after 100 cycles.
