摘 要:以380±10 nm的聚苯乙烯微球为原料,采用胶晶模板法制备了反蛋白石羟基磷灰石和锌镁共掺杂反蛋白石羟基磷灰石(掺杂量为1%~5%mol).对制备的锌镁掺杂前后的反蛋白石羟基磷灰石的形貌、物相、官能团进行了表征并对其药物缓释性能进行研究.结果表明,随锌镁共掺杂量从1 mol%增加至5 mol%,样品中有较明显的前驱体残留物致使有序孔壁坍塌,微观形貌缺陷逐步增加,结晶度逐渐下降并出现杂相.1 mol%锌镁共掺杂的反蛋白石羟基磷灰石具有良好的微观形貌、物相,表现出良好的药物缓释性能.在药物缓释性能对比实验中,1 mol%的锌镁共掺样品对阿莫西林的载药能力明显提升,对于该药物的控制释放能力,掺杂前后没有明显的改变.The inverse opal hydroxyapatite without and with zinc and magnesium doped(1%~5%mol)were prepared by colloidal template method using 380±10 nm polystyrene microspheres as raw material.The morphology,phase and functional group of the inverse opal hydroxyapatite doping with/without zinc and magnesium were characterized,and its drug delivery performance was investigated.The results showed that with the increase of zinc and magnesium doping amount from 1 mol%to 5 mol%,there were obvious precursor residues in the samples,which led to the collapse of ordered pore wall and the increase of defects,the decrease of crystallinity and the appearance of other phases.The 1 mol%zinc and magnesium doped inverse opal hydroxyapatite had a good morphology and phase,showing a good drug sustained release performance.In the contrast experiment of drug delivery performance,the sample with 1 mol%zinc and magnesium doped had a strong drug loading capacity of amoxicillin,and there was no significant change for the controlled release capacity of the drug without and with zinc and magnesium doped.
