摘 要:射频能量收集技术能够实现无线设备不需要固定电源供电时仍旧能够持续工作,是解决无线通信便携式设备能源短缺问题的极有前景的技术之一.然而,无线信道会对电磁波产生路径衰减和随机衰落,射频能量收集器将收集到的电磁波转化为用于再次发送无线信号的电源,不但功率极其微弱,而且还呈现随机动态特性,极大的影响通信性能.针对这一问题,提出在多时隙能量收集系统的基站和节点配置定向天线的方案,用来补偿路径衰减和衰落对能量收集器的影响,并提出采用有效吞吐量作为能量收集无线通信性能衡量指标.理论推导了上述方案在Rayleigh信道衰落下有效吞吐量指标的精确理论闭合公式.仿真结果表明,采用定向天线能够有效抵抗信号的衰减和随机衰落,使得多时隙能量收集方案的无线通信能够有效提升有效吞吐量,采用更少的能量收集时隙就能实现较小的通信迟延.Radio Frequency energy harvesting(EH)Technology is one of the most promising technologies to solve the problem of energy shortage of wireless communication portable equipment,which can keep working without fixed power supply.However,the wireless channel will cause path attenuation and random fading to electromagnetic waves.The EH device will convert the collected electromagnetic waves into a power source for sending wireless signals again,which not only has extremely weak power,but also presents random dynamic characteristics,greatly affecting the communication performance.Aiming at this problem,a scheme of configuring directional antennas in base station and node of multi-slot EH system is proposed to reduce the influence of attenuation and fading and improve EH efficiency of EH device,and the effective throughput based on maximum mutual information is proposed as the performance index of EH wireless communication.The exact theoretical formula of effective throughput index for the above scheme under Rayleigh channel fading is derived.The simulation results show that the directional antenna can effectively resist the signal attenuation and random fading,so that the wireless communication with multi-slot EH scheme can improve the effective throughput,and the communication delay can be reduced with fewer EH slots.
